NO it does not. I did NOT want to pay less. I wanted good parts and offered to pay to return the bad ones to him at my expense and then lower the price to pay for the GOOD ones I got and send bad ones back. The customer was asked if he wanted them tested for a minimum HFE & did not reply. He ordered the parts & then claims after getting them, he wants to pay less for them. Definitely BUYER BEWARE as my feedback is all positive & only original devices being sold. This was an attempt to get parts cheap as wouldnt return them. ALL PARTS WERE WITHIN SPECIFICATION
