NO it does not. I did NOT want to pay less. I wanted good parts and offered to pay to return the bad ones to him at my expense and then lower the price to pay for the GOOD ones I got and send bad ones back. The customer was asked if he wanted them tested for a minimum HFE & did not reply. He ordered the parts & then claims after getting them, he wants to pay less for them. Definitely BUYER BEWARE as my feedback is all positive & only original devices being sold. This was an attempt to get parts cheap as wouldnt return them. ALL PARTS WERE WITHIN SPECIFICATION

Contacted seller and they immediately refunded the cost and delivery. Product turned up few days later and I have asked the supplier to charge me for it.
