  Order came in plenty reasonable time. Packaging was acceptable, if a little bulky for the size of the item. Description for the item seemed to be more promotional than informal, but photos at least prove that the item I received was as expected. Ultimately, I consider this purchase to be money well spent on a good deal. :)

  Order came in well packaged, however the laptop was locked with a previous users credentials and did not mention this anywhere on the ad. When I asked the seller for the login, the sellers excuse was that the ad mentioned it was being sold as "As-Is" which is an extremely broad justification of it being locked. Definitely needs to be more information on what exactly you are buying from here. Overall condition of laptop was good though.

Unfortunately, we don’t have or store any user passwords for pre-owned laptops. We appreciate your note and will make sure to include an explicit mention about account locks in future listings.   Excellent experience in purchasing the backpack. The delivery went well and the backpack was really well protected with the wrapping. Recommend this seller for sure.
