  Everything was delivered boxed and packaged very well. The price was reasonable and the figure replaced one that was broken so I was very happy. Item was as described. Shipping was very quick and received within a week. Thank you so much!

  Items arrived all damaged as in broken tips, chips on top edges, long gouge on back. Not from damage in transit as there were no loose pieces in the packaging so had to be damaged before sending. So disappointed I threw all 4 directly in the trash. Did not see any of the existing damage in the sale picture, nor was there any mention of damage in the sale description. Worst online purchase I've ever made = wasted $50. Wow; feel like a chump. Will never look at this seller again.

  You can clearly see I did put the condition in the description these are OLD glass chandelier pieces I put that two had the tips broke and to expect wear you chose to not read that . You never reached out to say there was an issue. I offered you full refund or replacement when I saw this. You never responded .
