  The original package came smashed. Very disappointing. I reached out to the seller and he acknowledge his mistake and promised to replace the smashed item. He purchased a better box and used extra bubble wrap and had it in the mail within two days. The seller was very accommodating in making what was a terrible mess better.

  Item arrived in just a few days in a small box all wrapped up inside brown paper, item was in great condition and came as described along with the certificate of authenticity also. This is a good face sculpt of Jenna Ortega from the movie and is a nice addition to anyone's Beetle Juice Beetle Juice collection. Thank You
