    Item was shipped in extremely durable packaging in a heavy UPS shipping box and received ahead of estimated arrival date. Item was exactly as described and solved a major problem with my 30 year old Ford Explorer. I was going to have to buy another vehicle if I could not get a replacement GEM module f or my vehicle. Would highly recommend this merchant. This $ 175 part saved me $20000 buying any kind of a replacement vehicle

    The TCM was as described. Photos and part numbers matched what was sent. It arrived one day earlier than expected, it shipped from Houston to San Antonio. Packaging was good, cardboard box with bubble wrapping inside. Price was cheaper than others on Ebay. Installed it in my Mazda and so far so good. The transmission and traction control lights are off, shifts into drive and reverse smoothly, and changes gears like it used to.
