  I was sent the wrong item and sadly the one I had ordered was no longer in stock unless I chose to pay a higher price for a new one rather than the customer return I had ordered. The seller responded very promptly to my various queries and offered me either a full refund or a partial refund to keep the one that was delivered. I opted for the latter.   Repeat customer, outstanding service as always. My go to for my walking sticks to modify for my steampunk outfits. They look great, they are fantastic quality as standard so you don't need to modify them like I do. I've had 10 from this seller over the past year or so. Asked if I could have a multi buy discount for buying 5 at once this time and they agreed. Comms were always quickly answered. The sticks were dispatched quickly and delivered safely well packaged etc.Happy to recommend/buy again

  I ordered this clock thinking it had lite up hands to see in dark, but when it arrived it didn't. So unfortunately no use to me. But the seller was so easy to deal with & gave me a refund straight away & explained i must have been sent alternative item. Very happy dealing with this seller & happy with the outcome. Thank yoy
