  Lovely seller! Communication was great and the description and image of the product represented it perfectly! The packaging was great too with it being protected with bubble wrap, a small plastic bag and some tissue paper. The dispatch time was super fast too! The necklace looks so good!! Thank you so much!   Good to have lots of pictures and accurate description so the item was as described, great free postage, beautifully wrapped and delivered within 4 days. Best though was to have a seller who acknowledged my purchase immediately with a very pleasant and business-like message. Happy transaction.

  Sadly padded envelope arrived damaged with contents (ring) missing, Mailman handed over empty envelope and stated looked like whatever had been in the envelope had been pilfered. Not of course the fault of the Seller who packaged and sent the item promptly and in good faith, and who has a sterling reputation. She was most helpful and accommodating, obviously distressed at what occurred. Promptly acted to resolve the matter - I will certainly purchase from her again, and recommend her 100%.
