  Horrible customer service. Packaging was not sufficient and item was completely shattered. Despite safety risk of providing pictures of the shattered glass item, seller refuses a refund despite concrete proof. Seller asks me to file claim with USPS, a responsibility that shouldn't be on a buyer's shoulders. Absolutely horrible.

  Waited a month to decide the dish was broken then ask for a refund. Package was insured so I provided the information to complete an insurance claim since he has the dish and can provide proof of damage (photos). Ebay is sending a return label to return a broken dish and now he wants to file an insurance claim.
