I raised a return through Ebay and the response from the seller was immediate with an offer of a discount ... Its not possible to get amplifiers of this type repaired in Spain so I requested a refund ... Once again the sellers response was immediate.. I shipped the amplifier back and a refund was received... Thank you for your service and full marks for your communications. I recommend this seller highly .....

"Speedy" took a long time to deliver across Bulgaria and did not even notify me about the arrival of the parcel, so I had to look for it myself

Auch die Abholung vor Ort mit Vorführung des Vorverstärkers war kein Problem und einen netten Plausch mit dem Verkäufer gab es auch. So muß Ebay sein. Ich kann RetroAudio nur empfehlen. Alles prima, gerne wieder.

HOWEVER, these guys answered questions immediately and always had done the right thing and on time. They not only did their job right, they were able to keep me in the loop immediately. It arrived from Germany in 16 days. Communication skills are excellent and customer satisfaction was obviously paramount.
