  Great transaction. I missed the deadline for an auction. The item didn't sell, I don't know how because the product was in great condition as shown in the photos. I sent a message through ebay negotiating a price. The seller accommodated me by setting up the item for a direct buy, which was open to anyone on the storefront. Great communication landed me the item and it arrived in near pristine condition and working order.

  Very happy with the communication with the seller. Quality is better than the original we were hoping to replace purchased decades ago. Seller was very responsive regarding tracking info that was messed up by USPS. Highly recommend this seller. Product packaging was great with fragile labels.

  The item was very securely packed. I was worried with it being a lava lamp but the seller took great care to get it to me in excellent condition. Item was exactly as described and in good working order. Shipping was quick also. Thank you for an easy transaction, I love the wizard glitter lamp so much.
