  Thank you for negotiating on the price of an outstanding Jacqueline DeButler etching. Artwork was as described and packaged well. The steel frame is better than what can be purchased nowadays. Shipping was a little delayed, but you communicated this to me.

  Item arrived safe and sound well packaged. It was the exact item that was pictured and represented the cost which included Framing was fair, but I wished I had had the option to just buy the piece alone. I don’t necessarily like the frame and the way it was framed. I have to take it to a frame shop and have it done properly in addition, I plan on taking it to an appraiser friend of mine and having it authenticated. The seller handles good Art works at a reasonable price and I would recommend him

  Tracking shows the shirt got lost in USPS mail room, never delivered. I waited a week after the delivery date and checked again, then contacted the vendor. Vendor IMMEDIATELY refunded money when notified and sent an apology note. I'm unhappy I didn't get the shirt, but Retro did a GREAT job in making it right. Maybe some day it will be found.
