  The Oral B pro 3500that I received on the post, it wasn’t new and it was dirty. So I contacted Ebay and asked for the refund and I returned it by post the item at not extra charge. Which I found great assurance from Ebay that next time I order something It is guaranteed that it is as the seller’s advertised. I am very happy with Ebay!! and sorry for the seller:(

  A1 seller. I already have the Night Elixir which is wonderful so bought the Dawn Elixir. It smells just as fabulous and a bargain at £8.99.
