  Hands down the best seller I've ever interacted with. Extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough, helpful, and kind. That is on top of the great service provided. OLD laptop feels NEW. High quality hardware AND software provided with care and attention to detail. Highly recommend to anyone interested in security-oriented and/or upgraded Thinkpads. The T420 I recieved exceeded my expectations. Despite using an upgraded CPU, the thermals and battery life are amazing.
