    I contacted the seller about the headset not being in brand-new, unopened condition as listed. They were very apologetic and asked what they could do to make it right. I asked if they would do a $10 partial refund, and they happily obliged! You can rely on this seller when making a purchase to make things right if they have an oversight on one of their listings.
