During shipping, one of the glasses shattered (but it was so well packed none of the shards presented any danger). I reached out to the seller to let them know. The offered a full refund even though I argued for only half. Great to communicate with, said they’d make it right, that these things happen, and they did. The surviving glass is beautiful and has been taken care of.
