  This is exactly what I needed to fix my weedeater and it was cheaper then having to buy a new one. It was exactly as described and arrived in a good packaged box. Only wish shipping was free but still 110% happy and ill definitely buy from this seller again if i have to

  This is an honest seller who will work with you. I was shipped the wrong item and immediately rectified the situation. I have found not all sellers will answer let alone take action. I am encouraged to see a dying practice of earning your business through outstanding customer service to support their products. Product was new, oem qualilty, shipment was fast, and received with good packaging. I will absolutely do business again.

  Looks new and of good quality. I was worried it wouldn’t fit the Instant Pot Duo but the seller assured me it would and it fits perfectly! The shipping cost is a bit high and the thin packaging concerned me a bit, but it arrived unharmed and in under a week, so it all worked out just fine. Great value considering the manufacturer doesn’t offer replacement bases and you’d otherwise have to replace the whole Instant Pot!

  Packaging and delivery time were fine I'm not too happy that it was advertised "NEW" but it was not NEW. Not in original packaging and very minor blemishes. It appears to be in excellent condition, but not NEW Not sure if it was a good price or not. I had limited my search only to NEW ones, expecting to get it in original packaging. This had seemed like a good price, but I did not research "New other", "Pre-owned - excellent", etc I had no direct interaction with seller, positive or negative

  WOW, cannot believe these comments. All of the Instant Pot inner pots my company sells are NEW. They are removed from complete freight damage liquidation units. This buyer is new and seems to be "off base" when expecting it to be in original packaging. I ship these in a corrugated box that fits the inner pot like a glove. Oh well, this buyer is really unreal.
