  This seller went above and beyond with his customer service. When I ordered my product, he had just shipped the last one on hand, so he ordered my product from another seller and had it dropped shipped to me directly from that source. I received my stuff in great condition. The product was a couple of days later than the initial tracking indicated but that was due to a mess-up from FedEx and does not reflect poorly on this seller.

  For some reason the item I purchased wasn't delivered by the postal service and was returned to seller. Seller could have refunded my money and resold the item, but chose to resend. Item was delivered on the 2nd attempt. I wasn't in a hurry to receive the item and the process worked. I am grateful the seller didn't give-up.
