    The item received, was not the item pictured. Vendor uses "Stock" photos. One that I received was missing some of the items showing in the "Stock" photos. FULL CREDIT to the vendor, as they did not have a good replacement, they gave me a full, No quibble Refund. Will deal again with them. Positive and Professional Service and Supplier. Thanks

    Well, It was ordered delivery was est 3rd JAn or before. Come 6th Jan not arrived + I contacted them. With the efforts of Carriers & Christmas hours seems don't know where it is. Often this is where things go horribly wrong ... They contacted me - explained carrier issue asked if I would wait or would I like to canx & have a full refund ? Opted for refund & ordered elsewhere. Refund near immediate. Whilst sellers can't control carriers, its very reassuring to find honest sellers like this 10/10

    Top quality item at a very competitve price. Unfortunatley it was the wrong item for my vehicle. Part was retruned effortlessly and refund given. 10/10 for customer service i would recommemd this seller. Correct part received next day after communication of issue.

    Ordered it on the Sunday evening arrived Tuesday AM, really fast service! Condition of the item is like new and good value for money. Was pleased to see how well it came packaged in cardboard to protect it during courier. Also got a eBay discount on the item!

    Seller was very quick to respond and solve the issue and provided needed help, problems was no fault of seller but shipping agent. Money refunded back and looking forward to buying others parts from them in near future due to their good professional approach.
