  Keyboard arrived in New condition as described with all the parts. I am very satisfied. The packing as noted was damaged but did not affect the product. It arrived earlier than expected and is the second one I have purchased from this Reseller. The price is a great value for the RK 100 Keyboard I ordered. Of course I've already replaced the switches and keycaps to meet my needs.

  Item/sling exactly as advertised and brand new. Seller needs to work on getting his products sent out on time vs sitting in an idle status for 15 days vs a deliver date of 23 Dec 24 NOT 2 JAN 25. In addition when contacting seller his response was to blame me for opening a item not received ticket through ebay. Customer service communication is average at best. Pricing of item was good. B- RATING

  The part I received looked better than the one in the picture. It was delivered right on time and it was wrapped well for shipping. I got it for a good price. Still need to connect it to see it it works but so far so good.
