  I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. The Shure headphones I received were not in the same condition as described in the photos and listing. Instead of taking responsibility, he denied that these headphones were the same ones he had shipped. The item arrived significantly worn and had audio issues. The seller refused to accept a return or issue a refund and was not transparent in communication. I do not recommend this seller at all.
