  This seller was great! She gave me advice on how to test my old remote without expecting a sale. I ended up using the old remote based on her advice for quite a while. But it finally grew virtually inoperable due to repeated use, responding as this seller had suggested it might. So I definitely came back to her to order a replacement. The unit she shipped works beautifully and looks like new. I highly recommend this seller, both for help and her products.

  This seller is an absolute wonderful human being! I have never had a remote for my DVD player, and so purchased this one. The seller walked me through how to use it, and it turns out my DVD player is actually faulty, and the seller helped me figure that out! The remote works just fine, my DVD player is the problem. I will be purchasing another DVD player to use with this remote, and I'm very grateful for all of this seller's help and attentiveness to detail. Shipping was fast and all was great!

  The used Magic remote I purchased works just as good as the new one I previously purchased. Good seller A+ ebayer! Shipping could have been a little quicker but it still wasn't bad! Good value a new one costs $40 plus I paid $13. Better than described! You won't be sorry!

  So glad the remote is working well for you...just a side note. I shipped within 24hrs of purchase. Post office was a little slow on delivery. Wish I could do something about that, but unfortunately it is out of my hands. I appreciate the recommendation. Welcome back anytime
