  Ive used the item I ordered many times in the past. It's great stuff. Only gave 2 stars for condition I recieved, 1 star for ship time due to package arriving damaged & empty. Contacted seller,sent pics & they were great to me. Their resending the product & giving discount coupon towards my next purchase to make it right. For that I'm giving the seller 5 stars.   No issues with the part - my issues lie in the fact that the box the arms came in was poorly prepared for shipping, no tape around the opening leaving the box open to be damaged during shipping thereby allowing the contents to be lost. The shipping box was very lightweight cardboard and there was no outer shipping box. When I received the order, all of the mounting hardware was missing and when I contacted the seller, the replacement hardware took 8 days to arrive.
