    3D blu ray combo pack was unfortunately missing the 3D blu ray disc. Item was packed well and shipping was fast. When I raised concerns seller apologized for the mistake and promptly issued a full refund. That's all you can really ask for. Shop with confidence from this seller

    Shipped quickly, packaged well (not too little, not too much). The item was better than described. Great sounding speaker for a really good price. I would gladly buy from this seller again.

    Overcharged for shipping, the amount they paid is on the label. Asked for refund of the extra charges and they said no, the extra was for supplies. The box was clearly reused and the stuffing was plastic grocery bags. This is after sending a message asking a question about a listing and getting no response. I sent another message a week later on a different listing and did get a response assuring that shipping cost was what USPS charges. Wouldn’t recommend seller.
