    Was charged an additional fee on delivery in order for them to deliver. Was told the item shipped in September and would be here by October 1, they provided a tracking number which did not work for FedEx. Then after two attempts, the item was finally shipped and arrived October 15.

    Truly great item. Was surprised by the additional tariff charge but these are the times we live in and not the sellers fault, just something to consider when making a purchase in the US from a UK seller. All good though and highly recommended.

    Some problems both with the item not matching the item description & packaging being unsuitable (item crushed into a VERY small box). This was explained when questioned by the fact the item was made in Pakistan & sent from there. ( be aware of this). Item details were not accurate which meant fit/materials not as expected; but partial refund was given to sort out this problem. Be clear when ordering what measurements/materials are expected to ensure full success. Firm is trying.
