I paid to have it installed and the image is very grainy and has lines on the screen. I would have to pay again to have it removed. It arrived 3 days late (past the advertised arrive by date) and no notification was given about the delay. The vendor has poor customer service. Most important, the item is COUNTERFEIT (a fake pioneer)--it is not authentic and the quality is very poor. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it for a full refund free of charge. We pay for the return shipping cost. You used a PO BOX address, so we had to use USPS for shipping to a PO BOX. USPS took longer than usual maybe because it's a busy this time of the year due to tax returns. As for the item being counterfeit, there are serial numbers on the radio. You can verify with Pioneer via Serial numbers. Not sure how you came to conclusion it is Fake?
