    The phone case I ordered was good quality, nice and new, as described. My neutral feedback is because the case took 2 weeks to arrive, despite being marked as a "2-4 day shipping" item from the next state over. I don't want to give this seller negative feedback, because I'm not sure why it took so long to arrive and the seller was very nice and communicative when I messaged them about it.

    We do same day shipping for orders before 2:00 PM PST, We ship on Saturday too. However, we are not the entity in charge of delivery, Undoubtedly, there are certain factors beyond our grasp.

    They sent the wrong item. It was a different cover for my tablet than the one in the picture. However, they allowed me to send it back and gave me full refund. I didn't pay for anything. Thank you.
