  I received the wrong model and advised the seller. He did all the right things to remedy the situation. Told me I can send it back and get a refund or keep it because he no longer had the model I was looking for. I kept it thinking I can give it as a gift. When I told him this, he volunteered to send me a couple of handsets more to expand the system even more. He did not have to do this to get the five stars rating but he did. So I applaud him. Highly recommend this seller....

  This seller is very understanding. I rushed to order this controller for my heating pad without realizing they have a certain number of prongs inside the connector. I noticed it in the photo AFTER I had placed my order that there were 6 prongs. I checked mine, and I needed 5. I was disappointed, but I had to cancel. They were very nice about it and promptly refunded my money!

  Shipping speed was reasonable and the package was done good. It was missing one screw but I was able to find a suitable alternative otherwise as described! I feel like I paid a real good price for it and the adapter actually fits the 2035 Starlink Mini.
