    Packed well and received on time. Had a miscommunication on the model i was receiving when I wanted to make sure it was the correct one . Seller claimed it was a different model than the one pictured but then went on to explain and described the model in the pictures which was confusing and would not respond to further questions . But I did receive item as pictured

    Had troubles with communication at first but they are very responsive and helpful, good service overall . Great condition too and shipping was that slow compared to other eBay sellers. Packaging was very professional. Item was as described, and value was just amazingly affordable for a second year college student. Again pleasure doing business with this seller.

    The 2019 Macbook Pro A2141 was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. It was exactly as described by the seller, and has been working fine since installing a Time Machine backup from my previous (dead) computer. In fact I'm using it now to leave this feedback. I also had a question about a similar item from the same seller; it was answered promptly. I ended up not buying that item (and this one instead) as it had sold already. I would definitely do business with this seller again.

    Shipping was prompt! There was some confusion in the item description and hiccups during communication but the seller was kind to get those resolved in an amicable manner so can t complain there. All in all, it was a good buy and I am ready to buy more from this seller. Like they say All is well that ends well , right? :-)
