  Item not as described – slow response and poor resolution. Seller sent the wrong item and insisted it was correct. Unfortunately, the JKEM I received was not what was shown in listing. I provided photos to explain the issue, see attached. I requested a return per their policy, but received no response from the seller and had to involve eBay Customer Service to resolve the issue. Disappointed with seller business practices. Poor packaging. Note - Buyer Beware: Seller has multiple JKEM listing.

  The seller was very fast getting this amp to me across Canada. Packaging was excellent and very well protected as the box had taken a hit and the foam around the amp worked to stop damage. Amp was just like it was described, but I could have used abit more info on it's working condition. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone looking to purchase anything from them.

  Item is as described and works (official/E-Bay description - 'Used', every article appeared "out of box" as vendor described). All cables, etc. included and was shipped well. NOTE: Even though they say to give five days handling time from the time of the order (it was - May 12th), the rating says "Item shipped: Wed, May 07" - it was not. If the opportunity happens, I would buy from this vendor again.

  Beaware of this seller, they understand how to use the ebay system to defraud people.I bought a item that was advertised as free shipping and slightley used, It had a $67 brokarage fee. I refused the delivery, the seller offered to give me a partial refund to offset the difference. Which I accepted in good faith. When I recived the item, it was broken in half and did not apear in any way the same as the advertisment. Because I accepted the partial refund I lost my ablity to refile a claim.

  Shipped and packed expertly. Lovingly kept in wonderful working order. Case is beautiful too, so as described. And for probably less than what it was originally? Excellent value. 10outta10 from me.

  Product was exactly as shown in the advertisement and the packaging and shipping delivery time were quite good. Only suggestion for improvement is to clean the item(s) before posting on eBay but, in particular, before shipping the item out to the customer. Ideally, items should not be dirty (just basic wiping with a damp cloth would be helpful and expected as the bare minimum).
