I realized this too late and the item shipped then had to be returned. I'm out the cost of re-shipping, but the customer service team was quick to respond and at least that aspect of the transaction was positive. (I'll read product descriptions more carefully next time.)

It was definitely not Sonicake Officials fault it is a USPS issue. They gave me a refund without me asking after speaking with their customer service. I own several Sonicake pedals and am very happy with their products. I would happily order from them again.

The pedals work great and I got them at a great price with the coupon code. Even at full price they are a good buy. I have ordered 7 pedals from Sonicake over the last couple of years, and the service has always been outstanding. I would gladly do business with them again, and highly recommend trying them out.
