    When i received the scooter, there was an item missing so i contacted the seller. The seller immediately placed that item in the mail and sent it out.     I ordered the item on the 22nd and it arrived on the 24th as listed. I'm very happy with the transaction as this was a last-minute purchase, going into surgery on the 31st for my left foot. I would gladly do business with this seller again.

    When I received the open box item, there was a couple bolts that were not right, and I contacted the seller and they offered a refund partially for my inconvenience! Great working with you I would highly recommend the seller

    The Elenker scooter was received in like new condition as listed. This scooter, that was needed for medical reasons, was not shipped until a week following purchase and after complaint was sent to seller. The item was delivered more than two weeks after sale. The seller did respond and provide some compensation for the delay, therefore I am leaving positive feedback as a satisfied buyer.
