    Good luck with seller - not so great with USPS! Package went all over the place before it arrived & got a bit crushed along the way - none of which was the seller’s fault! The doll is great! The condition is fine (except for the post office’s package mashing)! The seller was friendly & communicative!

    Excellent seller. The product was advertised as a set of 4 and was exactly how it was sold and ultimately delivered. The shipping was incredibly fast. I received it within two days which was amazing as it appeared to be coming from California to New York !! I would highly recommend this seller. Thanks.

    +++++ Seller recommended, Items well priced, packaged, speedy delivery. I have the Gen 4 and the covers do not seem to have the same fit as those covers sold exclusively for the new Gen 4 that I have purchase prior.

    By some miracle the two ceramic dog bowl/plates arrived intact, thanks entirely to the two Le Tauci Pet original boxes, because the boxes had been loosely packaged in a plastic mailing bag! So I was not happy with the cavalier shipping methods used. The slow feeding plates themselves were NOS and nice.
