  Excellent price, amateur packaging ignoring my communications to pack this $1K precision instrument purchase with good protection. No response from my two communications. The box used was too thin and arrived crushed. The 35lb weight required a double wall box. I was shocked to find inside the box the unit placed in the box with 90% of the bubble wrap thrown loose on top, leaving the base of the unit to take hits. Makes no sense why anyone would do that. Positive left based on the deal price.

  Radio deck arrived as described and well packaged. Couldn't beat the price for a current production unit that still had that fresh-off-the-line look to it. Overall smooth transaction and would recommend this seller again!

  UPS shipping severely damaged item. They dropped the box, broke half of the packing foam, broke the fasteners holding the cooling fans. Was able to use system after repair/servicing. Seller was communicative in responding to the damage issue. Thank you.
