  As always with this seller, was kept informed, even when there was a delay offering a refund if I was not prepared to wait, I waited and the item actually arrived quickly, well packaged and the blu ray was sealed and new as described, excellent price, it was easy to select the English language and was provided an info sheet with the blu ray on how to select the language.

  Heads-up! Seller orders in some of their items, so you might have to wait on shipping. However this is fully communicated to you when buying and offers refunds if you need it sooner. This wasnt an issue for me and was surprised at the relatively quick delivery. As described and packaged fine. The only issue I have is with the German copy of this particular movie doesn't have English subs but the movie is in English.

  Great seller, Blu-rays as described and arrive sealed, good packaging used. English audio is easy to find and subtitles can be removed. Good communication regarding despatch and informed of any delay if the item is on order rather than in stock. Good choice of rare films at a great price, I will buy again. Thank you.

  Very happy with my item. It arrived today in a padded envelope, so very well packaged. I think my item is very good value for money, the box set is in excellent condition. I was also given extra information from the seller about the item, which gave me the option to cancel if I so wished and also the helpful communication allowed me to ask questions about the box set. I will certainly look for other items from this seller.

  Arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, appearance exactly as advertised. It’s a difficult film to get hold of new and I was happy to pay the money which was good value given most copies out there are second hand used. This was brand new. This particular order did take a while, but this information was upfront and transparent. Seller communication throughout was swift and friendly. Will definitely look at this seller again.

  There was an initial problem with the dispatch, but the seller communicated this in advance & gave the option to cancel the order, I was happy to wait longer, the item then arrived promptly, well packaged, condition as described new & sealed. Hard to get item so for me personally as a Western fan good value.
