I wanted to change the order to a bike nearly identical, on the same day. They refused, ranridebikes told me to contact ranridebikes. Asked for refund same day, refused, never sent bike, had to wait 6 weeks before they said it wasn't sent, and now they have a solution but won't tell me what it is. Have my mobile number but only text. Never supply a name. If you do business with this crowd expect to be disappointed.

Amazing! Lot of battery juice left. Mountains are next.
