    Good purchase experience. Great communication. Item arrived quickly and well packaged at a reasonable postage cost. The White Stuff long cardigan was in very good preloved condition. Unfortunately the cardigan was not for me. I requested a refund as the fabric was just 😖 awful!! Very surprised as it came from a good company. It was like a brillo pad. The cardigan was very stiff and uncomfortable. Item sent back and refunded. Seller highly recommended.

    I was very pleased with the coat that I purchased . The condition was as described with the markings on the hood as shown. I actually think the coat looks better than in the photos, so I’m delighted. It was excellently packaged (folded well and shrink wrapped) and overall I think very good value for money. Postage was quick and very reasonably priced. Very happy: excellent product and service.
