An item was ordered on December 23rd, 2024. The item was expensive ( $700). Today is February 10th and I still am without my item. I have contacted the vendor multiple time with nothing more that blow-off messages. It is very disappointed that EBay would use vendors that do not provide products in a timely manner. It is my belief that Ramos Trading is nothing more that a scam. Their address and telephone number are online, next stop Small Claims Court.

Item was great. Shipping not so great. I ordered on 3/19, Item was suppose to arrive by 3/28 n it arrived 4/10. A little disappointed by that because I picked this seller over other ones because they had the earliest delivery date. Also, I contacted seller on 4/2 because I haven't received my package n the item said shipped on ebay. they informed me that the item will be shipped by the end of that week which upset me because item said it was shipped n they are telling me otherwise. no tracking#

I was working on an urgent project and ordered this item on September 30, 2024. I was notified it had been shipped and would arrive between October 3 and 9. On the last day of the delivery window, I contacted the seller, who said they would check on the status. While searching for a similar item from another source, I noticed the same seller listing it for $226.80 and $317.90. It’s clear the seller is playing games, and I don’t understand why eBay allows such behavior.

Seller sold us a product he didn’t have. Marked item as shipped when he didn’t have the product to begin with. Seller said product will ship from manufacturer directly which usually takes much longer than advertised. Cost us a lot of time and additional money to order the item from a different provider with expedited shipping. Seller did not provide a refund. eBay guarantee refunded me.
