    Colors of rug DID NOT match wording or pictures. Seller would not agree to a return. Discussed refund and agreed upon an amount that seller did not provide in full. Seller was VERY persistent in communications regarding closing out the refund request but had not responded at all to inquiries about refund amount not being provided in full as per agreement.
