  Listed as “excellent condition”—but arrived dirty inside and out, with visible stains and a damaged strap hidden inside the bag. No mention, no photos, no reply to my messages. I’m a seller myself and would never ship something like this without disclosure. I cleaned and conditioned it, but that doesn’t excuse the misrepresentation.
