    Artikel wie beschrieben. Einzig und alleine die Kommunikation ist Verbesserungswürdig, wollte eigentlich einen Schalttrigger inkl. Seil und Hülle erwerben und hätte dies auch entsprechend gezahlt, aber bis heute habe ich keine Antwort erhalten und die Hülle inkl. Endkappen ect in einem anderen Shop erworben. Alles was das erworbene Produkt betrifft ist perfekt gelaufen im Vergleich zur Hülle einen Tag langsamer trotz höheren Versand .

    At the time of search the only part I could find was fun this German vendor. Item arrived quickly, packaged well, did not come with terminating end parts. Felt slightly heavier than the original part. New condition. Good price, and shipping costs are what they are. Quality vendor.

    No issues with the item description, item itself or the eBay process. However, I was lucky to receive the item. It was simply enclosed in the ordinary bubble envelope that was barely big enough to accommodate the item (rear hub). Without any additional packaging. When I received it, there were two quite big holes in the envelope, so luckily the item did not fall out during transport. And for some reason, the shipment went from DE - AT - DE - SI, first time I saw such detour… Ended well...

    Great offer for a complete set of Shimano Deore shifters. The left shifter arrived with some faults. I contacted the seller who offered to send me a new left shifter for free. I wasn t asking for that much! Fantastic offer to solve the problem. Great seller, kind and helpful, also with good disposal to solve eventual problems. Suggested!
