  I received the Ranz Rhodesian pipe today. The pipe is way beyond description. It is absolutely perfect! The seller is completely PHENOMENAL!! He is a fantastic communicator, and he packaged the pipe with extreme care. Along with the pipe, he sent a softy bit, a pipe brush, pipe wax, and two samples of excellent tobacco. I have NEVER had a seller treat me in such a manner. Finally, shipping cost was perfect. The whole experience is beyond description. Purchase from this seller!! A+++++

  The seller had some health issues and was a couple of days late shipping the item. I told him that I was not concerned. ( things happen) . He loaded me down with some sample packs of tobacco, a bite guard for the pipe and a tamper. He was very easy to deal with and very concerned about how he treats his customers.   Above and beyond what I expected, but then I remembered it was from Radiant Pipes! Of course! The most clever and professional packaging, even little treats, like Halloween when you're a kid! It's been a while since I received a pipe from them but I think it may happen more often! Packed tight priced right on time and just as described! What else could you possibly want?
