  So I purchased a fairly large order from this company which I purchased from them in the past numerous times. Unfortunately this necklace was not in my order received so I have reached out to them to make them aware. I'm waiting for feedback from them and I want to stay that. I have 100% confidence that they will remedy the situation as far as this necklace missing.   First of all, the product looks identical to the images provided by the seller, so I'm pleased with that. Although, it took a really long time to receive my product, but I understand that once the item is dropped off at the shipping facility, it is out of the seller's control.
