  When I had a question about the camera, they answered within minutes. When I bought it, they shipped it out immediately, and I genuinely appreciate that. No confusion, no ghosting. After being flaked on by another seller for 3 weeks, it’s just nice to get a responsive seller. Very satisfied and excited to use this camera again!

  I purchased & paid immediately. Next day, the Seller shows that a shipping label was made. I waited 2 weeks with no update in shipping. I requested Seller to Refund my money. Got a message that the shipping had been updated, but there was no change. I waited another week, and requested eBay Commerce to get involved. eBay Commerce was amazing and fast, and got my money back. Like other posts, I am sure the seller will blame on shipper, but come on. Absolutely no communication at all from Seller.

  This was an international order, which does take longer to process and clear — it cannot ship as fast as a domestic order. Patience has a lot of value when ordering overseas, and we always make sure our buyers receive their items as promised.

Got a message that the item had already shipped and couldn't get a refund, but there was no change. I left numerous messages with seller with no response. I requested eBay to get involved. eBay was amazing and fast. Item finally shipped and showed up. Absolutely no communication at all from Seller. DO NOT USE THEM.

  Absolutely do not order from this company. I ordered a set of taillights I needed quickly. (I paid $110 for shipping) They held my money for 8 days and never shipped them then ended up giving me a refund with no explanation. They also never responded to any of my messages. I would assume they never even had the lights in stock like they said. HORRIBLE COMPANY
