  Slight mix up on shipping labels tracking label said item had been delivered. Well I contacted seller and they were on the mix up immediately and I had a response very quickly telling what happened and my order was sent to me and item that I ordered showed up well packaged and as described Seller was quick to respond and problem fixed

  Product as described, a little confusion in shipping and shipping time, but seller had good communication. I thought the item was in stock but was not and it was ordered directly from LSR. Had to wait to be made, but I may have missed that in the listing originally and not seller fault. Seller answered every question promptly.

  Purchased an open box elka shock at an eccellent discount. The seller patiently answered the questions I had about the item and the listing, being they are typically custom built units. once I placed the order it arrived quickly. The shock was brand new in the box, as promised, and I was able to verify the setup info. I'm very lucky to have found this deal and couldn't be happier!
