    Even if I didn't love these shoes (which I do), I would give this seller top marks for accepting my offer on this item and for their professionalism. The shoes were exactly as described, well packaged, and there was even a hand-written thank you note. Who does that anymore? I loved it. I would purchase from this seller again. :)
