  The Prius display arrived on July 31 about 8 days after the order. The item was well package and protected and appeared to arrive in excellent condition. I connected the received unit and verified that it is working in perfect order. I am very satisfied with the service at quick parts and the correspondence with the sales agent Rooni. The only minor suggestion I have is to clarify that the VIN needs to be communicated with the order to verify compatibility before it can be processed

  This item was damaged during shipping and after contacting the seller for a refund, there was no hesitation by this seller to refund me in full.   Thank you for sending the correct cluster. Previously I left a negative remarks because I didn t get a response from them. I apologize for jumping to any conclusion. The office was closed therefore I did not get a responses back from anyone. But, when I did, it was resolved in the most professional manner. I regret and retract every negative comment I made.   I ordered an item from this store, but due to poor road conditions, UPS couldn’t reach them to complete the shipment. While the delay was unfortunate, the seller offered to personally deliver the package to UPS. I chose to request a refund instead, and they promptly issued it.
