  Before packing and shipping the item, the seller discovered that it was not in good working condition. He explained the situation to me and promptly refunded my money.   Received package. Was sent by UPS but delivered by Black Dog Express. Package was opened. I won`t put the blame on the seller but inbetween the delivery cycle it was opened. Other than that everything was there. Thank you to the seller for quick service of sending out

  I had a very positive experience with the seller. The original unit shipped did not work properly. The seller was very responsive to my communications and try to help troubleshoot the issue. When that didn’t work, he offered to ship a replacement unit right away. The new unit arrived quickly and worked as expected.

  Seller initially sent the wrong color keyboard (sent white when I ordered black). Messaged seller and they quickly offered to send me the correct keyboard and to let me keep the incorrect one. Received the new one quickly. An excellent seller that backs up their customers. Would 110% buy from again.
