  This seller took 18 days to mail my spark plugs. eBay had to get involved and because they were so late I had to order other ones a week ago. Horrible communication from seller. Sending back and still haven’t received my refund of 130 dollars. 18 days for 6 small spark plugs. Unbelievable. Do not use this seller

  My only frustration with this product is that it was not a combo as I had ordered. The seller was prompt to contact me though and did let me know the student Manuel had sold previously and was no longer available. I was given the option to cancel my order. I chose to go ahead with the teacher Manuel only and paid half the price as I received 1 less book. Everything was made right but I would have preferred to get a combo set as I had originally purchased.
