  The item I ordered was not the same fan board that I received. However, the seller was very responsive and was willing to help me correct the problem. I decided to keep the item for parts. Shipping was quick and I was pleased with the package. I would buy from this seller again.

  I can't tell you about the item cause it never came, I ordered it on May 24, 2025. My wife(USPS Employee), several days after the expected date, Her and her Postmast looked for it and found nothing. I contact seller, he sends another one and it should have been here yesterday and it didn't show up yesterday June 7th, 2025 or today, June 8th, 2025(Some USPS offices let there employees run packages on Sundays). So here we are weeks later with no AC in this Florida Heat. Worse Experience Ever!

  The product could have been packaged better as the contacts were bent during shipping. Other than that the product worked for me and was here in two days.
